At the accommodation, rooms are equipped with a seating area. The huts were comfortable and put you back into nature a little bit. These are NOT air-conditioned, sliding glassdoor huts with boxed in showers.

At the guest house, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. 1. Check in & check out process - the front desk staff are very helpful. They greet everyone with smiles & they make sure everyone have a great experience during their stay / activity. KUDOS to Ms.Vivi & Mr. Yanu and others because they are friendly & treat everyone patiently eventhou its peak season. 2. Facilities & activity - Our room is very spacious and the bathroom is my fav because it have the natural lighting. - In the morning, i get to feed the fishes at the lake which make me feel very relaxed seeing the fishes swimming around beautifully. - the bicyles are free for check in guest which i use to ride around the camp. - i also take the ATV package which include archery & paddle boats. - My guide during the ATV is cheerful guy whom take a lots of our pictures & video. 3. Food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) - the food are affordable & delicious. - i really love Dirty Duck, Tamarind Soup, the Chicken Porridge in the menu.

The resort was amazing, we had our own villa facing the beach with everything we needed. The food at the resort was great, particularly the fish dishes. The pool was lovely and clean facing the beach which was beautiful for sunset. The best thing about the resort was the staff, they helped us at every opportunity and were all lovely and welcoming. We couldn’t recommend this more to someone wanting a quiet and relaxing stay in Bintan.

Love the story of the Ship Hotel during the Heritage Tour! Great location close to ferry terminal too. My family and me had a great stay. The cabins were well furnished and wonderful that parts of the heritage ship were kept, very unique experience! Clean and comfortable, wheelchair friendly for moat parts too. The infinity pool was amazing especially during sunset. Would love to come with my family for a staycation again!

Lovely host and experience from start to end. The team were quick to respond to queries on Whatsapp prior to my booking, and all coordination efforts were swift. Crew gave great recommendations and it was easy to book car rides out to explore the city as well. Facilities wise, amazing. We could totally stay in the whole day because the beds were comfortable, and the pool/ garden were relaxing. Breakfast had a decently huge selection and amazing local treats. Best still, the property was right next to a private beach; quiet, and zen.
