Located in the Argasi area, the studio offers a calm and cozy retreat, yet it's close to restaurants and shops. The highlight was Denis, our host – kind, helpful, and always there with a smile to make sure everything went smoothly. The hotel features a private beach – small and quiet, with easy access to the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. We loved the peaceful mornings and the sound of the waves throughout the day. Even though Argasi is a lively town, Alisaxni Art Studio keeps a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, great for those who want to unwind but still have everything nearby. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Zakynthos, with excellent service and a thoughtful host.

Situato ad Argassi, a pochi passi dal Mar Ionio, l'Alas offre sistemazioni con vista sul mare e uno snack bar con un'ampia terrazza, dove potrete sorseggiare un drink affacciati sul blu. We loved absolutely everything about our stay! The location is perfect, right above the sea, at a comfy distance from the center of Argassi, in such a way that you can enjoy the sound of the waves from your bed. The cleaning services are exactly how you'd expect. We also loved the terrace with the sunbeds, with a smooth entrance in the sea. Nikos is a very kind and helpful host, thank you for being so nice and we will definitely come back as a team of three next time, as we promised when we left in June :)

Anastasia e sua mamma ci hanno accolti con dolcezza e simpatia. La casa è nuovissima e dotata di ogni confort. Arredata stupendamente. Alla nostra partenza ci hanno regalato anche dei dolci tipici squisiti! Siamo stati davvero bene, la casa è defilata rispetto al paese e questo è un bene perchè per quanto vicino sia il paese (3 minuti a piedi) non si sente il rumore e il chiasso delle serate di agosto

Soggiorno fantastico, la casa è in una posizione strategica, a pochissimi minuti di auto da Myzithres e davvero due passi dalla piazzetta caratteristica di Keri. Zona letto esemplare, ordine, pulizia, materasso e cuscini comodissimi ( addirittura due a testa, con “ durezza “ differente per soddisfare tutte le esigenze ). Doccia con vetro parziale che consente di non allagare il bagno ( come in molti casi succede in Grecia ) Zanzariere ed aria condizionata la chicca finale. Posto auto appena fuori dalla struttura sempre disponibile. Miglior soggiorno non potevamo avere. Infine, abbiamo apprezzato l’estrema cortesia del proprietario, sempre pronto e disponibile quando contattato, è davvero molto gentile e cordiale nell’accoglienza. Complimenti.

Clean room with amazing sea view and very welcoming hosts. Mike and his mother instantly made us feel at home. He even offered to take us to the airport by car. It's very good value for the money. Keep in mind that it may seem a bit far from town if you're not used to walking, but for us it was a pleasant walk by the sea. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone. Thanks for the great experience! :)

The room was clean and comfortable, with new furniture and all the necessary cooking items. Close to the beach and restaurants, it is a great location for families. The private parking was ideal, and the owners were very helpful. We bought olive oil from this place, and everything was perfect. We will certainly come back here for our next trips! Thank you to the owner and her father for making us feel at home!
