The brunette lady at the reception, (unfortunately I don’t know her name) has been so nice and friendly for the whole stay, she made the difference!

Breakfasts served in the room were fantastic. The facilities were solid, especially the pool where our kids loved spending time at. The staff was also very helpful in helping coordinate our excursions. Fantastic experience!

Also helped try to find my lost phone, gave great recommendations for restaurants and gym's. Was 5* treatment. I had such I good time I even extended my stay! Would definitely recommend and stay when I come back! The room is very cool cave on top of castle on the hill with awesome views! I welcome him and his brother to Australia!
