I've stayed at La Casa Guest House for a week. My whole experience since the beginning till my last day surpassed all my expectations. Mishu, Omar and Mahmoud are trully the best. They make you feel at home and tailored every need and requirement you may have. They did everything and more so you can enjoy the most of Marsa Alam. Mishu, the owner of the place, truly loves and puts hard work and passion in what he does and it shows in every detail. A new word should be invented to describe the level of hospitality and wormth experienced while you stay at La Casa. Definitely, I will come back and recommend to everyone who wants to experience Marsa Alam in a deeper level to stay at La Casa.

La scelta dell'alloggio per il mio soggiorno a Marsa Alam si è basata sulla vicinanza al mare e al paese dove poter uscire la sera a cena. Double check su Google maps, poi ho prenotato con booking. Non avrei potuto trovare di meglio: una grande stanza pulitissima con bagno e terrazzino vista mare. Un immenso terrazzo sul tetto con gazebo accogliente. Una giovane coppia di stupendi viaggiatori tedeschi. Ma non solo, al Rayhana ho trovato più di ciò che avrei potuto desiderare nel mio viaggiare in modo autonomo e indipendente: ho trovato sorrisi, gentilezza, disponibilità, cortesia, calore. Il nome Rayhana significa basilico , trovato in gran quantità in questo pezzo di terra, al momento della costruzione. E se ne sente il profumo. Prima di ripartire ho appeso sul terrazzo una catenella che suona e balla con il vento, fatta da me con le conchiglie trovate in spiaggia; un piccolo segno di gratitudine e il ricordo della mia presenza qui. Mi è mancato solo dormire sotto le stelle, sul terrazzo: non resta che tornare.

Me and my husband stayed at waleeds house for 6 nights and realy enjoyed it. The appartment is groundfloor and realy beautiful with 3 rooms with a.c and kitchen living room and bathroom. All the flat is clean and very pretty. Everything went so smooth from the moment of arriving. Waleed is always there to help with any question and fast finding a amazing solution for everything. He also can transport u wherever u wanna go to a very good price. He always have a big smile in his face which made my day everyday we saw. Thank u for everything and we win a good friend with u.

The design of the place is just beautiful—so cute and thoughtful. It has such a lovely, relaxed vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. Our room was huge, with loads of space and a massive window that stretched across the wall, letting in tons of natural light. We even had a sea view, which was a dream to wake up to. One of my favourite spots was the rooftop terrace—super spacious and perfect for chilling. That’s also where breakfast is served, and it was honestly delicious every morning. A big shoutout to Meshail, the manager/owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us great tips for getting around and finding activities. The rest of the staff were also just as lovely and made us feel really welcome. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi only works on the rooftop terrace. It wasn’t an issue for us though—we were happy to take a break from our phones! The hostel is right by the sea, and there's a small beach nearby you can relax at. Just keep in mind that most people head to places like Abu Dabbab for snorkeling or diving. It’s also a short walk to the town centre, where you'll find a few shops, but do note that Marsa Alam is a fairly small town. But after all the hustle and bustle in Aswan and Luxor, this was the perfect place for us to relax.
