This was the perfect place to stay in Theth. The room was comfortable and cosy, everything was brand new. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. The owner was very lovely, she prepared us a huge breakfast every morning which was perfect fuel for the hikes we did. I cannot recommend it enough.

La struttura gode di una vista splendida sulle montagne e sul fiume adiacente, completamente immerso nella natura. La colazione preparata al momento dalla proprietaria è stata veramente una chicca molto apprezzata! La struttura è raggiungibile tramite una strada sterrata, ma facile da percorrere con una moto da enduro. Inoltre abbiamo potuto parcheggiare la nostra moto all'interno del parcheggio privato con cancello. Veramente un soggiorno da ricordare 😊

La struttura pulitissima ,la signora che lo gestisce molto gentile e atenta alle tue esigenze, con la colazione molto abbondante e il cibo fatto da lei in casa ottima direi ,una veduta splendida sul lago, a chi piace il silenzio e la tranquillità e il posto giusto che cerchi un puo faticoso a salire le scale a raggiungere la struttura, ,poi ha una stanza dove lavorano con il telaio artigianale i tapetti, tovaglie asciugamani la tradizioni che ancora e viva molto ,ma molto bella poi comprare sull posto tutto ciò che loro fanno ai prezzi ottimi 😊

Posizionato a Shkodër, a 49 km da Porto di Bar, Enea Room in Center offre una vista sulla città. I had booked one night before and one night after my trip to Valbona/Theth. However, the first night I got relocated to another place because there was some problem with the electricity in the room that I had booked. This was not a problem at all for me because that room was also nice and nearby and Niko the host communicated with me about it so I knew where I would go. I could also leave some of my luggage there during my hiking trip and Niko transported it for me to Enea  Room where it waited for me when I got back. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the communication with Niko was good throughout and he even texted me to check if everything was ok, or if I needed anything.

We had a fantastic time at Valter & Dritas and found it to be great value! It is located in the hills, just above Theth and provides stunning views of the valley. A peaceful and tranquil environment to relax in. The guesthouse is run by the family, who are excellent hosts and very genuine lovely people. They provided breakfast and dinner throughout our time there, which was home cooked and delicious. There was a good range of food available and we enjoyed slowly exploring the menu during our time there. We had 3 full days in Theth, during which we hiked the Valbona Pass, Blue Eye Kaprre and Grunas waterfall. Valbona Pass, is a tough but stunning walk which is well worth the effort. The Blue Eye was excellent too, the water was crisp and refreshing, the perfect respite from the Albanian heat. This walk is deceptively challenging and we’d recommend getting a taxi to the drop off location. Grunas waterfall was a fun hike and slightly less demanding after the other hikes. They have fresh spring water at the guesthouse which is safe to drink, so no need to bring bottled water with you. There are cute dogs, cats and chickens around the residence. If you like to sleep in, I’d bring ear plugs as the cockerels do their thing in the mornings. Overall, we had a great time. Whether you are looking for exciting and challenging hikes around the Albanian Alps or just want to unwind and relax in the hills.

The facilities were excellent, clean, and well-maintained. But what truly made the stay special was the host — incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared with care and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!
