We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel 256, The location was perfect! easy access to town and to the airport. It is located within a gated community, providing security and peace of mind. Our room had a lovely view of the lake, which was nice to wake up to. We enjoyed a well prepared breakfast and a delicious dinner of Ugandan local cuisine. Our rooms were very comfortable, well decorated, and had all the room amenities required. Toni and Esther, the hotel staff, were very attentive and always on hand to offer any assistance or information. Every area of the hotel has been well designed and is extremely inviting.

I loved it close proximity to Speke Resort where I was attending the conference. The place was nice and clean. The location is situated close to other areas like supermarkets, gas stations and eateries. The breakfast offered is good too. I genuinely enjoyed my stay. I also loved that I found the place exactly as I had seen in the photos. I was very impressed.

Beautiful guest house, with such accommodating stuff, nothing was too much trouble! Daniel and team were so friendly and welcoming. Felt at home straight away, and the location is perfect- Muyenga is a really lovely neighbourhood and safe to walk around in - would recommend anyone staying here to visit the Endiro Coffee just down the hill ! Kampala can feel so busy but this guest house is a perfect place to come back to after a busy day!

The guesthouse was located right by lake Victoria so it was beautiful to have those views. The entire cottage was as advertised. We had all amenities. And Anita, Serge, Junior and the entire staff were welcoming and gracious.
