Marianna, our host, made sure we were all settled in, and we can not praise her enough for her communication and attentiveness. If we ever return to Sorrento, we would definitely return! Very modern and beautifully decorated. A small breakfast was provided daily of croissants and coffee which was a lovely surprise as this wasn’t mentioned in the booking. Rosita and Martina were both lovely and friendly!

There was daily cleaning offered through 2pm. Though technically not a "bed & breakfast", they provide unlimited coffee and tea. I would recommend bringing your own milk or cream. We were delighted to have a small refrigerator in the room. Thoughtful lighting throughout. Excellent shared lounge with elegant antiques and a classy scent. Several balconies. Quiet. Young woman (Federica) can provide additional information and assistance if required.

We honestly had the best hospitality experience ever! The apartment is perfectly located right in the heart of Sorrento – close to all the sights, fantastic Italian restaurants, and, of course, the most delicious gelato! But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Netty – simply the best host we’ve ever met. From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for, just like part of the family. She was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, sharing great tips about Sorrento, and even telling us about the local Easter traditions, which made our stay even more special as we visited just before the holidays. Our trip to Sorrento was quite spontaneous – we were just looking for a place with direct flights and some spring sunshine. As a family with young children, we didn’t have many expectations, but we found ourselves in a truly beautiful location, perfect for exploring the town and the surrounding area. We left with our hearts full of love for this place and are already thinking about coming back in the future! If you’re looking for not just a beautiful apartment but also a place where you’ll feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, this is the perfect choice. Such a fantastic hotel. We had fantastic communication and we’re able to check in quite early in the morning. The rooms were so fresh, clean and spacious. The location is fantastic in the Center of the historic town. They were also happy for us to leave our luggage on check out so we could spend the day hiking the path of gods and picked them up later in the evening. Would definitely recommend!

Elys Suites is a great choice for your Sorrento stay. Perfect location, new renovated and modern rooms with enough space in it, comfortable and big bed, bathroom is nice. In the room upon arrival you will find complimentary soft drinks, water, etc. which is great and outside near reception you can have coffee, tea and some sweets 24 hours. The girl at the reception Sylvie is so kind and helpful, she can give you with some tips for visiting the region and recommendations for restaurants and bars. Last, but not least it is extremely clean.
