Lovely place in the Italian town of San Donà. Room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. Perfect for a couple. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Also nice breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Strongly recommend!

We stayed one night in this fantastic apartment. Communication with staff before our arrival was very friendly and professional. Petra picked up us at the boat stop with umbrellas in rainy day (very attentive) and we took small walk via center of Burano. Check-in was very quick and possible even earlier than avised. Room was perfectly clean and equipped. Shower, heating, window, door and incredible comfortable big size bed...everything in perfect condition and there was not any noise during night. Morning we took 10-15 min walk to Venissa Wine Resort for breakfast...and this was one of the best breakfasts we ever had. Everything homemade - bread, yogurt, kefir, juice, sweet bar...and the best scrambled eggs I ever had. Absolutely heaven. Thank you for this experience !!! Very nice rooms, confortable beds, very spacious. Good location to see Venice. Railway station is 5 min away by car (free parking). Train going every hour to Venice main railway station (40 min drive). Also, if You want to have lunch or dinner, there is great trattoria in the same object (Trattoria Roma). Moderate pricing with very quality food (costata di manzo era perfetta!).

Antica Dogana is set right in front of the lagoon of Venice, only 40 minutes by boat from the historic centre, offering stunning views of the sunset and the Venetian islands.

If you want to visit Venice, this place is a truly hidden gem! There are a few rooms, and all of them can share two fully equipped kitchens. The whole property seems brand new and upscale. The rooms are very stylish you have a view to nature and everything is very clean. There is a wonderful big pool to refresh. 3 min. From the property there is the train station that brings you in 25 min directly to venice! There are enough spaces for the car and the whole property is protected by a big fence. We recommend this wonderful place and the very warm welcoming owners of this place! ♥️

Mr Matteo. Wonderful, unpretentious, and his bar. Italians like that are a thing of the past... The bathroom tiles are the most beautiful in the world. Delicious coffee, delicious ham. And the town is charming. Close to the sea. I RECOMMEND IT!!! We're going back there for a month :)

Lovely little budget housing, worked for my needs perfectly and the host was super-friendly, flexible and overall it was a great experience. Despite the lack of AC it stayed relatively cool at night, which was nice.
