The accommodation is clean and spacious, located in a picturesque area. It’s a very nice house with large rooms and bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and available tea, coffee, and various sauces. In the morning, the host treats guests to delicious freshly baked waffles, which is a very nice touch. We were also lucky enough to see the Northern Lights.

Good location to stop before/after Landmannalaugar. It felt just like home at this place. I don't know why, but it just felt so warm, so relaxing.. when my fiance entered the room, she instantly said she could live there forever... friendly owners and very cool and cute dog. This is probably the best place that we had stayed during our recent trip to Iceland. Excellent location, bit away from the highway, nestled around farms & meadows, it had some of the best views to offer. All you need a book and sit by the sofa mesmerized by the views. Apartment itself was quite modernly furnished, very cleanly kept, spacious rooms with heaters and a well stocked kitchen. Bathroom had a towel warmer was a huge plus. If we visit Iceland, we will stay in this place for sure!

We booked this last minute and were super surprised how nice and affordable it is. Location is 3min out of town with a pleasant view of a river. Rooms are nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very kind and helpful.

Super easy to get the keys, one of our rooms was a door code the other was a lockbox. Everything was nice and clean. The shared spaces were large and plentiful. The beds were so comfortable, I wish my bed at home was like that.

Such a wonderful stay. The house has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, little areas to sit and read and relax, nice and comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms. It really feels like you are coming ‘home’. The kids enjoyed it a lot as well!!

Everything - easy to find with clear signage, the hosts were lovely people, comfy beds, the room was spacious and extremely clean, shower had very good water pressure and was warm. Its about 15 min from Selfoss so really close to amenities but secluded at the same time. There is a fridge in the room for your own food, kettle and tea and a welcome biscuit. Easy parking just out front. We came a bit late around 10pm so didn't see the full kitchen but in the common corridor for the 2 guest rooms, there is a microwave and plates and cutlery for use probably because of those late check ins and snacks. So thoughtful!
