Peaceful and very clean place to stay. Cheap and their service was really good. You can ask them anything any time. Their responce will be quick. Even people help you go go get things from the shop. Laundy , bike rental and tour package all there.

This guest house is completely new, and looks more beautiful than on pictures. It is located next to the laundry so don’t be surprised when you book and they give you the location- it really exists, apartment it’s new and on google maps there is no good address. We would always use this laundry when we would call Grab taxi. Yard in front of the apartment is made by the husband, and interior is designed by wife. To be honest, when we booked we were not sure what we will get, nor does this exist because of the few reviews, but we decided to risk. The family that owns this is really nice, and they have beautiful kids. My husband was playing football with the youngest boy. Location is right in the city center of Ubud, in the side street, that has best, unique and famous Seniman coffee shop there with amazing breakfast (pls try 5elements coffee), there is a massage place, grocery store, theater for the traditional show, etc… few step from coffee shop is the main street, food market, street market, many shops, restaurants, etc. Also in the parallel street with accommodation you have Art market, Kajeng rice fields that are stunning and also you have amazing pool club TUJU with great food, that is completely new!! Monkey forest is also very close, and we went to explore everything by foot because it was so convenient and close. The owners will make you tea and coffee if you want in the morning or during the day. Maybe it’s not the most private place because there would always be someone in the yard, but it’s is apparently worth of visit and if we ever come back to Ubud this would be our go to place. Apartment is completely clean, no bad smell, beautiful yard, comfortable bed, white sheets… Kids love candies so if you are visiting bring some with you to treat them, they will be happy.

Great accommodation! Friendly staff, good breakfast and perfect location!

All the staffs are very nice and helpful, especially Nancy and Komang. My son likes to talk and play with them. It’s a very lovely place. If you booked the room with private balcony then you can see the rice field. It’s pretty. They served good breakfast. And they have cocktails at night with reasonable price.

We enjoyed our 4 days at Nirwa homestay so much and can recommend it wholeheartedly! The room was squeaky clean and the super sweet staff lady was here everyday to keep it that way. Thank you! Everytime you enter or leave the building you get the warmest greeting and good buy you can imagine! The whole family spreads very positive and relaxing vibes and we had a lot of good talks with them. Like others have already said, the homestay is super quiet, but also very close to the center, best of both worlds! Please if you are planning to stay in Ubud, choose this place and book as many nights as you can get! We were sad when we had to leave after 4 days.

Right in the city center without all the noise. I would go out explore the city for hours and when I feel exhausted, I’d return for 30 minutes, like to my little hut, recharge and go back out again. Very convenient. Bed’s super comfy, bathroom and shower were clean. Staff were very helpful and sweet.

I loved everything about our stay. Delicious breakfast, big clean pool, rooms were cleaned everyday, super friendly staff, family run, stunning grounds, so close to everything I wanted to do. I highly recommend staying here.
