A very warm welcome from the start by Daniel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast was great and set us up nicely for the day ahead. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Location is excellent, right in downtown. Room looks like the pictures. It was also clean. I got a huge (120 EUR) fine for parking in the wrong place upon arrival for 5 minutes, but the host managed to cancel that as well. Value for money is very good.

Great family run and owned establishment. We have been here previously and we’re just as happy with our room and all amenities as we were the first time we visited. This is the only place we prefer to stay at during our trips to Istria. Breakfast absolutely fantastic- freshly prepared and both hot and cold food selection. Pool area was private and the cleanliness of the room and all areas was outstanding.

this is an apartment complex with parking and a swimming pool. We were very satisfied with our apartment - spacious, 2 bedrooms, it was peaceful, quiet. The apartment had everything we needed. There was a washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioning, a terrace where we spent time in the evenings. There are nuances - it's far from the sea, but having a car we didn't see any problems. We found a very good restaurant in the village, we were surprised by the excellent service and food.

The location is on the outskirts of Umag, in a green,quiet area. The house is easy to find, with google map but also because there is street signage up about 500 meters before. The unit was upstairs, generous in size and comfortable with the patio. The hoasts are easy going, check no issues, keys accessible.

Spacious room and bathroom with an extra entrance space. Very clean room with large double bed. Mattress in a very good condition, newly constructed bathroom. Kristina the owner is very kind and helpful. Everything was just fine. It is value for money.

Nice and very clean room. I was cycling around Croatia and I need a place to stay, my reservation was last a minute booking and I didn't see the terms and conditions that I had to contact the property owner 30min before my arrival. I got the place without warn him before (my fault), even not contacting him in advance Emil the property greet me with a nice smile, he was very friendly and welcoming a real Gentleman if I'm in the area again I'll definitely stay there again.
