Very happy with my stay. Roula was a lovely lady. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend staying there to anyone. Close to shops and beach. Plenty of lovely shopping too.

Really lovely place. Hosts are very kind and hospitable. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed every other day. Bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast is nice and fresh, and every day they change it a bit. It is mostly a quiet street and the sound between rooms seems to be very well insulated (or we were just lucky to have quiet neighbors? :) We felt very welcomed and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Neos Marmaras.

We simply loved the place, just for the pure fact that it reeks of passion of it's owner Katerina. The place is filled with comfort, calmness and relaxation. Don't expect much of an activity going on, it's the quietness that we are talking about. The room on top was tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable baldachin bed, fridge, small sitting area, fair enough of a size bathroom, a gorgeous semi private balcony in front and a fantastic view down the mountain. Furthermore the place serves made to table breakfast along with some classics, but you get the choice of your extra breakfast meal every morning. Everything was delicious and served with attention to every detail. Once you stay there you will know what I'm talking about. Parking was possible outside on a quiet side street. We will definitely return one day.

The place is in the center of a very beautiful settlement (Parthenonas), with convenient parking right in front. The area is really pretty and we did some hiking as well. The apartments were clean with nice view. Tania and Stelios were very helpful, we had an amazing homemade breakfast which was different for each day. If I'm visiting again Sithonia that's definitely the place I will choose again.

This was probably the best place we ever stayed in Greece. It is brand new, has that sense of exclusivity, rooms are excellent and had everything we needed. It is set on 2 floors and both rooms have a very nice terrace where the sea view is amazing! Swimming pool is fantastic, perfect to relax after a hot day at the surrounding beaches. Great for taking photos too. There is a bar where you can order drinks. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of options for most tastes. There are many great photographs of this place on Booking, but believe me when I say that this place looks even better live! Location is great, secluded from fairly busy Sarti during the season (3km away). Parking is available and easy to use. There are many great beaches around, easily reachable by car. Last but not the least, the hosts, they are the best hosts we ever had, made us feel very welcomed and like home! Thank you so much, this place is perfect because of you!
