Afrodite the owner was very polite & friendly. The location is in a typical Greek village in Kambos Avias,Messinia in the Peloponnese. The room was basic, but with an ensuite shower room, air-conditioning & with a cute garden. Where there were olive trees. There was even a view of the mountain Taygetos. And at the same time, it's only 20 minute drive by car to beautiful beaches, such as Kitries,Satova, Akroyali & many more... It was such a wonderful experience. Having the feeling of living in a traditional Greek village. The olive trees,the fig trees, old stone village houses, local schools & churches. Everything is nearby, at walking distance. There are lovely coffees shops,a cake shop,little shops , tavernas,a butcher, supermarket, bakery, chemist & village doctor etc. The people were very welcoming & made us feel at home..As one old lady, gave us figs & eggs. We went only to Kardamili. But next time we plan to stay longer & explore Stoupa beach, Ayios Nikolaos, Vathia, Oitilo . Thank you Afrodite , we will be back again..

George and Marie are warm and welcoming hosts. the days we spent at their place were the dream we always had about Greece. amazing view, old but very well-kept house, vine shade in the garden, welcoming people with good humor. In the evenings we enjoyed Marie's wonderful home cooking, and George's Buzuki playing after it. our son joined with his guitar, and George was such a good mentor. We will remember our stay there forever.

The apartment is a bit farther from the city center and the streets are very narrow (we were driving), but it’s definitely a very nice place to stay in. The room was clean, comfortable and well equiped.

Ihad such a friendly welcome and really felt at home at the Voula Pansion. My room was superb with all I needed and more, for my 4 night stay. The shared kitchen was well equipped with tea an coffee on offer. The location was just out of the town but with a beach and a good restaurant close by. It was not far to walk to the centre where the annual Kardamyli Jazz Festival was held.
