The room was fabulous, lovely and large. Easily accommodated my wheelchair. Right outside our room were swallows drinking from the over night greens being watered. That and the Hummingbird flying by. The pool was superb for me as it had a gentle slope that allowed me easy access. The staff were just lovely and so welcoming. Would definitely return if we come back that way again.

The room was great. It was the right size for my family of 4. We enjoyed the pool and meeting the other guests there that had kids so all the children were occupied for hours.

All the facilities were to a very high standard and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff and the location are the real standouts at El Conquistador. The front desk, valet, restaurant & breakfast staff, poolside staff and coffee shop staff made us feel very welcome and cared for and deserve recognition. The Epazote restaurant was truly a delight, we kept going back because we loved it so much. Everywhere was nice and clean and well-kept and the views of the mountains were stunning. A memorable place to stay indeed.

I stayed in the golf suites. They were fine. Clean, spacious and well equipped indeed. Made self catering very easy. The surroundings are fabulous with good views, plenty of space to walk and very well maintained. If you are a golfer it is superb. And the front desk staff, especially Juliana (who went out of her way to help in every regard), are par excellence.
