This tent is air-conditioned and has a private entrance, a safe deposit box as well as a balcony with lake views. The unit has 1 bed. It was pure understated elegance and a wonderful experience. The food and the staff were amazing. Every day was different: outdoor braai, elegant dinner, casual lunch .. etc. We tried Kudu and Ostrich and local dishes like Bobooti. It was lovely. Pool is lovely and overlooking a waterhole where elephants would always gather. Safari drives weee excellent. We saw hippo and buffalo and lions and elephants and giraffes and water hog and rhino and zebra and kudu and impala and baboon and crocodile … only thing we didn’t spot was the leopard. Will definitely come again. Staff were incredible too.

You are going to the best in the business if you book at Isambane. The staff is super helpful, kind, fun, and always go above and beyond. Highly recommend this lodge if you search something more intimate. Food is amazing, the game drives are fun and rich, and everything is made for you to feel the best.

An enchanting place in the middle of nature. Tranquility, absolute privacy, breathtaking landscapes, starry skies. The swimming pool for exclusive use, the barbecue available to guests, the tent equipped for cooking, the professionalism of the manager, Fanie, available to provide information... Note: The last stretch of road, about 13 kilometers, is unpaved. We traveled it with a low rental car. We had no problems but of course you have to go very slowly. During the journey we saw giraffes, impalas, zebras... Spectacular!!! At the entrance to the reserve they sell wood and ice at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!!

This tent is air-conditioned and features a private entrance, a coffee machine as well as a patio. Game drives, Never and Mateo's excellent knowledge and personalities. They truly provided a once in a lifetime experience for us, getting close to animals and doing their best to take on any requests. Their local perspective, knowledge and stories added a unique twist compared to other game drives we've done. Never was the outgoing friendly Energetic personality while Mateo added a sense of safety in the bush. As mentioned they both have outstanding knowledge. Never's game drives are like a fun learning experience while driving through the African bush. Mateo has many years of experience in tracking and we enjoyed his in depth knowledge. This tent features a tea/coffee maker, private entrance and seating area. Pictures of the Bungalow did not do it justice. It was Perfect. We loved everything about the place. Staff's attention to detail. A very Intimate place catering to once's individual needs. Food was great

The tent offers a barbecue and mountain views. A 19 km da Madikela Private Game Reserve, Summerplace Game Reserve mette a disposizione oltre agli alloggi anche un ristorante, una piscina all'aperto,... I took my fiancé (then girlfriend) away for the weekend with the intention of proposing. I got in contact with the reserve and told them about my plans and requested them to assist with the set-up. They took us out on a private game drive whilst the staff was preparing a breakfast spot at the view point. Everyone assisted and overshot expectations. Apart from the lengths they went to to make the moment special, the whole weekend was amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and one feels at home. I would definitely recommend Summerplace for a weekend break away.
