Breakfast was excellent, offering plenty of options along with freshly prepared eggs to order. We also enjoyed an incredible spa massage — Hortênsia has truly amazing hands!

The staff, especially Kennedy and our guide Patrick, Cassius, and Melody, Presley (sorry, I don't recall all the names) are all wonderfully courteous and attentive. Every trip out on the river is magical. We saw so many animals and the river is just beautiful. There is something very serene about seeing animals from the boat. The free laundry was so helpful. After more than 2 weeks of travel, it was nice to be able to pack our bags with all clean clothes on our return journey home.
