The staff, led by the exceptional Ayon, were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. A Culinary Delight The food served at Makulu was hands-down the best we had during our entire trip. Every meal was a delicious surprise, showcasing the local flavors and fresh ingredients. Dining under the starry sky by the campfire was a magical experience. Wildlife Encounters Galore We were fortunate to witness an array of fascinating wildlife during our stay. From the majestic elephants to the intriguing land monitors, the camp's location provided ample opportunities for wildlife encounters. The early morning sounds of the jungle were a symphony for the ears. A Memorable Safari Experience The team at Makulu expertly arranged our safari trips, ensuring we made the most of our time in Udawalawe National Park. Their knowledge and passion for wildlife were evident, making our safaris even more enjoyable. Your totally absorbed by the nature! You can totally relax with the sounds of nature all around you. The staff were fantastic and always ready to help answer any questions including “what bird is that” x 20. The staff were patient and knowledgeable and they made my experience amazing!!

Ahaspokuna by Eco Team está en Belihuloya y dispone de vistas a la montaña, jardín y terraza. Todas las unidades tienen baño privado totalmente equipado con bidet y artículos de aseo gratuitos. The surroundings of the camp are just stunning. The gardeners Indika, Upalai and Kumara do a very good job. The area is very quiet and full of birdlife an other animals. Our bushwalks with Nuwan and Dimuth were great, although we could‘nt find any elephants. Kumara led us to a beautiful waterfall where we had e refreshing bath. The service and food cooked by Upalai and Rajitha was excellent. Thanks a lot to all staff - we will come back one day 👋🏼🙏🏻

Featuring carpet flooring, tents come with an outdoor living area and a private bathroom with hot-water showers. Includes a torch, umbrellas and a luggage rack. This ecolodge was enjoyable for my children, husband and myself. The tents were roomy and had flushing toilets and warm showers. The dinners were elegant on white tablecloth under the stars. The safari guide and driver did an excellent job pointing out elephant herds, birds and crocodiles at this park. I recommend this lodge.
