The distance to the beach ist not more than 50 meters and the next "small" Supermarket is direct to the beach.

Currently brand new, very spacious, 2 separate bathrooms and all equipment one might need. More than enough room to park. Also, beach is like a minute away, you can dock a boat if you have one (we had 3 jet-skis). Larger supermarket is a minute away by car and 3 restaurants + small store is a couple minutes walk away. Outdoor pool was great.
