Lake Shkodra Resort is situated in Shkoder, 7 km from the city centre. It is set just by the lake, the sandy and pebbly beach can be reached in 100 metres. On-site facilities include a restaurant, a shop, a market and a playground. Free Wi-Fi and parking are also available. A magical, peaceful place at the shore of Lake Shkodra. So lush and green - a large space full of grass, trees, birds chirping. Many caravans are parked in the compound. There are also regular parking spots for the guests of the hotel or tree houses. We took a hotel room. It is not large, but clean, and has the basic facilities. An advantage is that the water in the resort are drinkable. The price is affordable, although breakfast is not included. However, there is an excellent restaurant in the resort; it is open from morning till late evening and has a variety of food - fresh, tasty and for low prices and very good service. There is also a minimarket and laundry services inside the resort. Bear in mind, though, that the staff do not freshen up the room or supply clean towels unless you explicitly ask the staff to do it ... The resort offers a daily boat tour to Komani lake and Shala river, which includes lunch and a minibus transportation from the resort and back - recommended.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming – they went above and beyond to help us, even finding a pharmacy when we weren’t feeling well. Truly exceptional service in a spectacular setting. Highly recommended!

You can see the animals the family owns and drink natural cow milk. The bed was the most comfy I had in a 2 week holiday and the cleanliness does not disappoint. I really liked the fresh smell of the house.

We chose this place becouse of the fish restaurant, and the only cabin they had was a camper. But they had made it like a private area and it was cozy and very clean. And the view over the lake is faboulous. We immediately felt at home, the hosts were fantastic, they came with wine, fruits and vegetables. We stayed two nights. The bathroom in the camper is a bit small, but it works well. The restaurants food was very good. Close parking.
