The house is a tastefully renovated antique cottage. Modern conveniences (heating, WLAN, plumbing....) have been installed in an unobtrusive way that doesn't affect the overall character. Julie was a super host, a mine of useful information and a great cook - English breakfast was always a delight, including much local produce. We were pleased that quality took priority over price ;-)

The accommodation and land were beautiful, and the hosts could not have been more welcoming. Especially after a last-minute booking because of a previous bad property. We would highly recommend this property to everyone. It was clean, tidy, inviting, and had everything we needed.

This is an amazing little hideaway. Beautiful views, and all so well thought out with stylish interiors. Great use of space inside the huts with everything you would need. Lovely welcome hamper on arrival. Our two children are 9 and 13 and managed fine in the bunk beds. They loved staying here and lit the outdoor fire both nights. We had gorgeous weather and used the bbq and outdoor space alot. We were so lucky to be one of the first customers at the Roost. Great and useful communication from the hosts. I’m sure this place will be booked up very quickly. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely, comfy and cosy caravan! Excellent location to swimming pool and club house! Our hosts were fantastic and helped when and if needed and gave all the information we needed beforehand! Everything was perfect. We travelled very far to get here and the property was immaculate. We had Everything that was needed to wind down after such a long journey they even went the extra mile with all the necessities to make a brew, toiletries, kitchen accessories,towels everything needed to make it a warm welcoming without having to go out and get anything from the shops.
