This place was truly amazing. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It surpassed the Hermitage Hotel by far, with exceptional facilities and a warm welcome from the owner. The unobstructed view of Mount Cook and the welcoming presence of the super cute duck couple added to the charm. 🦆🦆The spa facilities were absolutely perfect. Everything felt new and well-maintained, and the rooms were cozy and incredibly comfortable. I had also stayed at the Hermitage Hotel, but I was truly disappointed by its higher price and inadequate amenities. I am so grateful for the experience here🥰🌏🏔️

It was warmer inside than I expected and the bedding was cozy. The fact that Mountain Cook is right on your in front of doorstep is reason enough to stay here. Amazing!

We had a great stay, the room was very comfortable, with a modern look. There was free parking available, with enough spaces for everyone. We were lucky enough for clear skies, so you could see the clear night sky right from the room balcony, although going further from the lights was a lot better. The view was awesome and it was very quiet, we loved it! The food at the hotel restaurant was very good, although we paid more attention to the menu we received at checkin than the actual serving times for the food and didn't get there in time for actual food and had to go with the finger food option (which were big portions anyway and good).

The property had an awesome location and vast community spaces. The kitchen was big and had lots of space and equipment. The room, however, was quite spacious but overall super modern with multiple charging possibilities directly at the bed. The view to the outside was amazing from our windows.

The View. We paid a bit for our rooms however they exceeded our expectations. The rooms seemed to be recently renovated. The bathrooms were modern and well appointed, the room was a comfortable size and overlooked the mountains. We had a black out for a while on our first night however the power eventually came back on. Dinner there was well priced and lovely too.
