The lobby, bed, and bathroom are all clean and convenient. However, the staff wasn't really warm, except for one person who helped me check in. He was really nice and communicative. Unfortunately, I don't know his name, but I checked in on November 24th around 8-8:30 pm. A shoutout to him (he wore glasses). The location is perfect! Walking distance to city center so I don't need to book online transportation.

Amazing stay!! We were here for a couple of nights and the design, service and food left us very impressed. Location is amazing, walkable distance to major landmarks. Breakfast buffet has amazing selection of fresh foods both more western and local. Overall, would definitely recommend to stay here!!

Superb location, every major attractions are just around the hotel. Interesting and premium interior, spacious room, cozy furnitures, beddings. Staffs are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. truly amazing hotel, clean, and just beautiful all around. Not to mention the great staff. This hotel staff went above and beyond in every possible way for all guests. The manager has either cherry picked these incurable staff or the went to the best hospitality school. We were truly amazed of high quality of the staff, the great quality of breakfast spread. What can I can more. I was truly in awe is this real. Bravo everyone. This is the hotel to stay if ever in Saigon. Simply the best!
