Rosie an her staff are really customer service oriented, they are helpful, seek feedback and pay attention to details. Exceptional. Laundry service is great also (really clean and smells fresh without a lot of perfume) and for a good price per kg. The room was clean and tidy, they clean every day. I would say they that their customer service is at least a four star rate. Their english and communication skills are an asset. I would definitely come back again.

All the staff were very accommodating. We arrive late from sleeper bus, but they check in us and assisted us for our early check out. They even prepare us a packed breakfast to go.

The hotel, turned out to be a last minute miracle for us when we had a problem with previously booked one. It was an elegant experience for us beyond its price. In our travel across Vietnam, we stayed in numerous hotels. Most of them in small cities were perfect but the ones in biggest cities of Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, we had several problems. We suggest to be more careful about the hotels in biggest cities. However, Golden Rooster was exceptional. We were very happy that on the last day of our trip in Vietnam, we came across an opportunity that allowed us to relieve our tiredness and have a nice farewell. Within 15 minutes, we found the hotel and checked in, and the warm welcome of the staff made us feel very comfortable at our first step. We had a very large, spacious, clean and beautifully designed room with a balcony at a very good price. The breakfast was also very delicious. It was on a main street in the very center of the city, it was easy to access and walkable to anywhere. We had discovered the city center and do a lot of shopping in our last day. We highly recommend Golden Rooster Hotel to guarantee a stay in Hanoi for your mind at peace.

The hotel really takes care of the guests needs. From the moment of arrival till the time when you have to leave the hotel. The hotel has a fantastic team with Mr Cuong ensuring everything is taken care of. Miss Lilly is fantastic in the customer service role with good support all round. The food was wonderful, with breakfast being a sumptuous buffet supplemented with an a la carte menu. The afternoon teas being an unexpected extra.

This hotel is brand new and the facilities inside are great and modern. The view is amazing, the restaurant includes breakfast and dinner - both very tasty and with a good variety. Also the service was very nice, they also speak good English and arrange vegatarian food options when you ask for it. The pool area is super nice, the beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The only "bad" thing is the location. It is pretty far away from walking to somewhere (for going to the Airport the next days, it is perfect or of you have time driving by bus or taxi to the city centre), but if you want to go out for dinner in the evening, there is not much around. There is a beautiful parc directly in front of the hotel, which made it a little bit better. But in total I would recommend staying there!
