The staff was fantastic and you have one of the greatest views on the train that also goes through the famous train street. It is very quiet in the room and it feels like an oasis within the busy streets of Hanoi. Highly recommended staying here as it is very affordable and at the same time a super pleasant experience!

Excellent location in the heart of hanoi old quarter. Coffee shops, restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Kathy made sure everything was sorted even before our arrival. Highly recommend this spot. Also their breakfast pho is delicious!

It's really great during staying in the Solaria. All the staff been so nice and friendly. Especially thanks to Mr. Lee, he help me alot while I found out I was booked the wrong day,and the problem had solved right away. Despite being centrally located we didn’t here any noise during the night (earplugs are complimentary though in case needed). Breakfast is great (with both continental & local vietnamese options) and there is a fixed menu for eggs (omelette, scrambled eggs, eggs benedict etc.) we could choose from everyday on top of the buffet selection. The staff speaks English and are very friendly. They provided us with useful tips for Hanoi and were always ready to help when needed. The room was clean, the bed is huge and very comfortable and we had 2 bottles of still water prepared for us everyday. There is a decent pool that unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy as the temperature dropped to 20 degrees during our stay but we highly recommend the daily happy hour (3-6 pm) in the rooftop bar as the cocktails are really tasty and the view is simply spectacular.
