The staff were immeasurably helpful. I would like to extend particular and enormous thanks to Erin, Hannah, Luna, Rosie. I went through situations of a misplaced bag and the extended delay of a limousine bus pickup - both times the staffs’ kindness made me feel extremely supported especially being a solo traveller in a foreign country with a different language. Kudos to them!

Good location and when compared to prince II hotel I had come from - exceeded my expectations and was cheaper. Was offered a free upgrade as they did not have the room i had booked. The receptionist spoke very good English and always with a smile and happy to help.

They also help you organize the rest of your travel, we booked with them the Halong Bay cruise and was really easy. This hotel is just great. The staff is lovely - incredibly kind, going out of their way to make sure we feel well and welcome. It's also very tidy, one of the cleanest hotels I've seen. Comfy beds that you can enjoy, high quality materials. There's also a balcony on the roof with a table and chair. Recommended!
