Getting a free upgrade for a harbour view was most appreciated 👏 Location is amazing overlooking the inner Harbour, with nice walks about the place. Facilities were top class. Being able to shoot a few hoops on the roof of the 7th floor was unique to say the least! It was great to unwind in the pool and gym and acclimatise to the time difference before things kicked off for Maryland Deathfest 😀

All staff is so friendly. I interacted with almost 8 different staff from the desk, kitchen, and room service and everyone was so friendly and attentive. Outstanding customer service! Probably the best hotel I have stayed in, in this regard. Plus beautiful facilities and great food. My two elder parents enjoyed the whole experience.

Everything . I dint expect it..it has everything we need. Room was very spacious, bed was so comfy.. Refreshments available at the lobby, location was amazing.. Very close to amtrak station and other famous landmarks esp inner harbour. ❤️
