The facilities weee not great . However this was compensated by the fact that the customer service team headed by John was amazing . I was pleasantly surprised that the team offered a better level of service than what one would expect at the Hilton , Hyatt , Sheraton. John and his team are amazing ambassadors for their industry . And in fact they are wonderful ambassadors for humanity and I wish their hotel represented a microcosm of the world . I would recommend this hotel in light of the extraordinary service provided . I like that they have cleaned the room daily with new sets of towels, toiletries, blankets, and bedsheets. The staffs are friendly and approachable as well.

Polite staffs. Specially Ms Jessica and Ms Jenny are so helpful. The location is very convenient just beside bus stop. Rooms are clean and very well organized.
