I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service provided at coast. The level of care and the exceptional value placed on guests is unparalleled. Ben in particular, who made us comfortable on the beach right out the front was a superstar. As you step out of the water, Ben and Johnny will greet you with a towel and take great care setting up towels and refilling your water. Likewise, little touches such as the delivery of a local dessert to your room. The complimentary provision of tote bags, thongs, hand sanitizer are all fun additions. The kids also loved the afternoon popcorn and ice cream by the pool. The location is also next level. There’s no better place for sunset drinks (two for one at happy hour). We also loved our breakfast at Cha Chas.

Loved it here, wished we'd stayed longer. It's a quiet oasis away from the hubbub but close to everything, including the beach a minute's walk away. The room was large, modern and comfortable. Excellent AC, bathroom and TV, and nice large comfy bed. Pool area was lovely and staff were brilliant - we had a hot water issue which they resolved very quickly. Also had fast and reliable WiFi.

When I entered the resort it feels like I’m safe and welcome. All the staff are very professional, their customer service is excellent , the room is very clean and roomy, the variety of foods are awesome.. My daughter has a food allergy, the managers and sous chef are nice to accommodated her needs and more. I have no doubt that i will come back again. Thank you y’all.

It is beach- front and the room is clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent with a very good variety. The staff were also friendly and approachable. Our room (family) was also very near the swimming pool which was loved by my youngest daughter.
