We were initially a little concerned about security, but everything was quickly clarified via chat and there was always security staff on site, which made us feel safe. There were absolutely no problems with security. It’s simply an African big city. The rooftop view was absolutely stunning. We ordered food through Uber Eats and enjoyed it to the fullest. The apartment also had a washer and dryer that worked perfectly, which was very convenient. The staff responded to every question quickly and with great competence. Thank you – we would gladly stay here again!”

At first i didn't know why it was called the house as they also have another version of Hyatt in the same building. Arrived late hours that night after a very long flight. Getting to the room, realised it wasn't just a room but a fabulous house, it made resting for those few hours, so easy. A home away from home.The setup of the hotel, the spacious rooms, fantastic. Morning was greeted by a great and heavy breakfast.

Good location. Streets outside not so overcrowded, like in center. Masai market, supermarket and clubs is 20 minutes by foot, or 80 KES by motorbike. Guards advice me to keep my phone in pocket in the streets, but when I check location on phone during walking, nobody pays attention.
