Barbara , the manager, was very obliging and friendly. Nothing was any bother. We opted for the breakfast each morning. We got an exceptional breakfast from fantastic staff members, Katia and Monica. We can't praise all of them enough for the great service they gave. It made our holiday for us. We liked tea making facilities in room. Air conditioning worked well. Great Central location. Beautiful artwork in the hallway ( but none in the bedroom??? .... why? We liked old furniture used throughout.

The accomodation was very nice and clean with a rooftop terrace. The bathroom was very cozy and spacious :) Entering the room goes well. We arrived earlier, but the room was ready to be occupied. There were water, little snacks there too. The staff was very kind and helpful, even we didn't meet Caterina.

Our stay at Palazzo Paisiello was perfect – from beginning to end. Emilio proved to be extremely helpful even before our arrival, assisting us with finding parking (affiliated with the property) and providing us with all the necessary information. Both he and Mary were always kind and professional. The property is lucky to have them. The room is modern, clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and reflects the Lecce style. The property is located in the city center and offers an excellent breakfast in collaboration with the bar of the same name within the same courtyard. Highly recommended.
