It was such a pleasant stay with Novatel. starting from the airport pick up with a comfortable car with a safe & friendly driver the hotel arranged. The Staff at the Reception, Concierge and house keeping are excellent. Specially Rumi who has been very attentive and Suyu who did our check-in, Oldwin & Dego at the concierge who are super friendly and supportive. Helped us with booking a vehicle for City Tour to finding shopping places. House keeping staff (Asst Manager Subash) are very good and helpful and checked many times if we need anything done in the room and gave extra coffee/milk. The Indian Food we ordered to the room were really good (mutton Buriyani). Overall it was a pleasant 2 nights stay in Mumbai.

A wonderful welcome and given a free upgrade to a beautiful suite on arrival. Sunset lounge was amazing too!!!

Location was excellent and facilities super, but the staff were the best thing. All of them are wonderfully helpful and happy to help.

Excellent service, Ramesh, the hotel manager organize anything for a good price - all the stuffs are friendly - if you need a transfer from the airport to the hotel- ask Ramesh
