The receptionist staff could not have been more helpful and accomodating. The rooms and facilities were so nice, clean, modern and cosy. In walking distance of everything and the perfect base. Breakfast was amazing. Loved our stay.

The Bazzar boutique hotel is amazing, fulfilled all my needs and expectations. First of all, the front desk girls were really helful, I received a friendly greeting, with a refreshing welcome beverage. Makes you want to come back. Excellent service. I love the daily breakfast and their menu, the crepes were wonderful. They tryed to maintain their high standards in all areas. The rooms are well appointed, quiet and have everything one needs. Very comfortable bed. The staff at this property were exceptional at each interaction - breakfast, taxi, information about the city. I look very forward to staying at this property again in the future. The location, interior surroundings and staff are all top-notch. Highly recomend for everyone.

Perfect Location. 1 min from the famous Clock Tower, 5 min walk to old town center, 6 mins walk to Freedom Square. Hop on, Hop off bus stop is right in front of the Hotel. Perfect Breakfast & staff was super friendly. Gvantsa Sadradze, front desk manager is an exceptional lady. Rooms were super clean & hotel is small but beautiful. wish they open their rooftop soon.

We stayed at this hotel twice while in Tbilisi. The second time we cancelled another reservation so that we could stay at Strofi once more before we flew out. On both occasions we had very late check ins and the staff were accommodating and communicated with us before our arrival. The room was great and everything was clean. Breakfast was also really good and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were also friendly especially Mariami at reception who also helped us book a transfer to Kazbegi. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Old Tbilisi and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. However, it's important to note that there is a steep incline near the hotel, which could be challenging for those with disabilities or mobility issues. Otherwise, the rooms are comfortable, equipped with all the essential amenities like tea, bottled water, and fresh fruit. The staff were incredibly attentive and always willing to help. If accessibility isn't a concern, this is a fantastic place to stay in Old Tbilisi!
