Perfect location , very colse to the train station and a fews minutes walking from City center. Various and good breakfast. Staff very kind and a large room in a wonderfull building. Best than Balmoral Hotel at Edinburgh where we stayed in the night before. .

Absolutely exquisite Gem! Self check in was simple and well explained. The unit was spacious, clean and oh my goodness the bed was one of the most comfortable I have experienced during traveling. The location couldn't have been better and within short walking distance to all of York's must see attractions and entertainment. Price point was very reasonable and the property well exceeded expectations. Will definately be back and recommend to others.

great location. nice theme inside the room. really quirky. the under floor heating was a nice in the main bedroom . All we didn’t see any staff memebers, we had small trouble getting in but they were easily contactable and sort the issue straight away.

Absolutely amazing location, right in the centre. We went for the Christmas markets and it was less than 5 minutes away. Really spacious apartment. I stayed with my parents and partner and there was plenty of room for all four of us. The apartment was spotless! Price was fantastic, especially compared to other hotels/apartments and during the Christmas market period. Clare (the host) kept in contact with us throughout, she explained with photos how to locate the apartment, and provided clear instructions. Always messaged back straight away and was super friendly. Would highly recommend staying here, and would definitely choose here again if I was go come to York :)

Everything was spotless and like they show in the photos, they had everything that we needed and we were so happy to see coffees and teas when we got there, over all a very nice stay. If we are ever in York we would defo stay again
