This place was one of the best experiences l have. It's in a very nice area where you can find different kind of restaurants, coffee shops, markets, a bus and train station - all are 1-2 min walk. The flat was super clean and has everything you might need! A fridge with some stuff for breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, even yougurt and some granola, butter, jam, bread, honey..) helped me to save money! There was even a hot water bag and a radiator, extra blanket and stuff. The internet works very well. Only the tv has no channel, you probably need to use your own apps but l was too lasy for it, so used my own devices. The terrace was soooo nice! Luckly l caught a night with fire works, that was so lovely! Alison and her husband are super nice and friendly people! I definitely will be back! Highly reccomended! Thank you so much for everything!

I loved the house, it was welcome, full kitchen, had everything, a wonderful coffee maker, well organized and clean house... towels, bathroom with everything you need you gentlemen are wonderful, attentive, mohamed, nothing to complain about 10 I was not disappointed at all, they are very charismatic, I felt like I was in a family home in Brazil with very hospitable staff, thank you, I was very satisfied with my 7 day stay

We paid an upgrade but decided to upgrade tnot the room type but the view (Standard room with view). This is really worthy to book Park view rooms (last time we stayed there we did not do this and it makes really a difference) Great view on the park. Cozy rooms Very clean and comfortable beds

The staff were incredibly nice. The room was pretty big, exceptionally clean and equipped in everything promised. The breakfast served was also very good, the staff made sure it didn't lack anything and we were fully satisfied. One of the better guesthouses I've visited<3

We had an amazing stay here I wish it could have been longer. The staff were so accommodating with an early check in after a very long flight. We were helped with our luggage and enjoyed a delicious breakfast to start the day. The room was fantastic with so much space and a gorgeous bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a gem of a hotel - outstanding accommodation in the Wimbledon village near the common yet public transport at the doorstep will get you to central London in 20 minutes. The staff are so friendly, down to earth, and helpful. The rooms are amazing- quiet, comfortable beds, brilliant showers (best in England). Go for a walk on the common and escape the city intensity or enjoy a pint in front of an open fire with locals and their dogs, this place is superb. Forget the Ritz - this place kills it for value and experience.
