Lovely little hotel set in the old part of Malaga. Our room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The staff on arrival were very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know very clearly. We walked from the bus station to the hotel which took around 30 minutes. Ideally located near bars and eateries. The Continental breakfast was great with plenty of choice and all nice and fresh.

The host was very nice and gave us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The location was great, the room was clean and spacious, and well designed. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room with a balcony with a stunning view to the beach. We would definitely come back!

The hotel is located in the city center, close to the alcazaba and the roman theater. You can go everywhere by foot. The hotel itself and the rooms are very modern and also clean. I loved the pool ans the terrace on the roof top. Of course it‘s not that big but all perfect for a city trip. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, In loved it talking spanish with them for practicing my language skills :-) The breakfast was also nice. You can have a coffe from the coffee maschine at any time for free and also the mini bar is for free, a big plus point. I would absoloutly recommend the hotel :-)

We went on a holiday in Southern Spain with my family and we visited at least 5 hotels of which Mariposa hotel was our favorite. It is in the center of the city, walking distance to anything you need to see, with great communication to all other areas, with lots of places to eat around it. It is clean, easy to get to, there is a parking nearby and in the hotel if you are with a car, it is suitable for people with disability, and has amazing staff. Nikolas at the reception was incredible, super helpful and gave us great recommendations on what to visit and where to eat! The breakfast is also with good variety and many delicious foods to try and there is a rooftop bar with great cocktails as well. Just our favorite hotel and at a good price too, we will return there in the future for sure!

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The interiors are stunning and our room was exceptional with beautiful views of the cathedral and city. The bed was so comfortable. Staff were fantastic and attentive at the pool area. Bigger pool than I had thought from reviews! Location is amazing as well - we didn't want to leave!
