Great location to walk around the city. Small room but clean and the bed is comfortable. I left items inside the safe deposit and the staff very kindly kept it for me to pick up. The hotel doesn't serve hot breakfast but provides free coffee, juice, fruits, and cookies for free all day.

We had two different reservations for four people and the staff, besides being super friendly, managed to put us all together in one shared room. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable, the mattress was thick and there where two pillows and bed sheets. The shared toilet was also always clean. Perfect location, one block from Plaza Mayor. I would come back!

Comfortable bed, impeccable and well-equipped room, and amazing, friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner were incredible, and the beautiful common areas were perfect for working with plenty of sockets and quiet spaces. The location is also fantastic - well-connected and walkable.
