I loved everything from the beginning of my stay right until the end. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were a couple of shops on the premises so that you could buy whatever you needed, from sunscreen to suitcases and souvenirs! The hotel has 6 restaurants (5 of which are currently functional), and a bar that's open 24/7. I really enjoyed getting late night dessert from the Ice cream shop. Here are a few names of the people who deserve a special mention: Saif upgraded my room and Ramy was constantly checking on me whenever he saw me in the restaurants. Mohra from guest relations was lovely and she gave me some very insightful advice on perfume shopping in Hurghada. Krishan was also constantly checking on me to make sure l was enjoying my stay. Overall, I am glad I chose to spend my short stay in Hurghada at the Flow Spectrum resort.

What an incredible experience!! I have been to Jaz Elite Asteria last week and we are amazed and positively surprised about the level of service while the hotel is still in the soft opening, so what does that mean for the future?! It started at the front with the contact with Hussam to coordinate in which room we would like to stay. Upon arrival we were immediately offered a cold towel and fresh juice so we felt welcome right away. After a short introduction we also got to know Mrs. Messaouda and that was a pleasure, because she was able to do a lot for us, including discussing the a la carte restaurants. Sometimes it is the little things that matter, so an ice cream by the pool or a cloth for cleaning, everything was possible! I can be brief about the food: both the buffet (morning, afternoon and evening) and the 5 a la carte restaurants are incredible in terms of possibilities, taste and variety!! We were so pleased with our wonderful week that I immediately spoke to Mrs. Messaouda about the possibilities of coming back with my family, so I would definitely recommend going to this hotel!!
