I loved everything from the beginning of my stay right until the end. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were a couple of shops on the premises so that you could buy whatever you needed, from sunscreen to suitcases and souvenirs! The hotel has 6 restaurants (5 of which are currently functional), and a bar that's open 24/7. I really enjoyed getting late night dessert from the Ice cream shop. Here are a few names of the people who deserve a special mention: Saif upgraded my room and Ramy was constantly checking on me whenever he saw me in the restaurants. Mohra from guest relations was lovely and she gave me some very insightful advice on perfume shopping in Hurghada. Krishan was also constantly checking on me to make sure l was enjoying my stay. Overall, I am glad I chose to spend my short stay in Hurghada at the Flow Spectrum resort.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Jaz Elite Asteria! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Massauda, whose kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire holiday. The service was outstanding in every aspect, and the food exceeded our expectations. Each à la carte restaurant offered not only delicious dishes but also beautifully presented plates — a real culinary experience that made every meal special. The resort itself is stunning: the sandy beach is perfect for relaxing and swimming, and the pools are spacious, well-maintained, and great for both adults and kids. Real 5* hotel. We really enjoyed this holiday. The staff was super kind, all restaurant was amazing experience. Our room was beautiful and every day super cleaned. (Thank you Yousef 😀) The beach area with a nice coral place, every day we could snorkelling there. VIP package is the best choice. Everything was absolutly positive for us.
