The hotel was so clean and the food was so delicious The services was so quick and perfect But there is just a negative behaviour happened from one of the hotel stuff but to be fair i cant say that the hotel bad because for this reason there is a lot of good points to mentioned . I wish if they care about the language of the workers especially in the bars.

It was an excellent break, services and food were exceptional. Location and vibe were different.

We stayed at this hotel, and everything was just wonderful! The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The food was delicious and varied, with something new to try every day. There was a shuttle to the beach every hour, and the beach also had a convenient bar with refreshing drinks. The atmosphere at the hotel was very pleasant - we felt right at home. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone ;)

We had a fantastic stay at this brand-new hotel, which impressed us from the moment we arrived. The modern décor is stylish and fresh, and the beachfront location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views and a constant and welcome sea breeze. Although we didn’t spend much time on the beach itself, as the sea isn’t ideal for swimming beyond paddling, the nearby jetty offered some decent snorkeling, though it could get quite busy and hectic. Once the hotel’s own jetty is completed, it will definitely enhance the experience for guests. The bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend booking a swim-up room. The pools are spotlessly clean, and we especially loved the double loungers in the infinity pool, which were a big hit. One standout feature was the permanent sunshades and pergolas over all the sunbeds…no more battling with umbrellas! The dining experiences were another highlight. The buffet was consistently high in quality, and we really appreciated being able to book five different à la carte dinners throughout our stay. As a bonus, both the beachfront and Italian restaurants also offer unlimited à la carte options for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and great variety. One of the most memorable moments of our trip was a wonderful horse ride along the beach right in front of the hotel. The nearby stables (just a five-minute drive away) made it easy to arrange, and it’s an experience I would highly recommend. Another good thing that the hotel offer is free transportation in the hotel golf buggies to nearby shops/attractions or just simply for a ride along the beachfront. You can also hire your own self-drive buggies nearby. What truly made our holiday special was the outstanding level of service from all the staff. Everyone from the gardeners and cleaners to the restaurant teams, were friendly, professional, and welcoming.

Real 5* hotel. We really enjoyed this holiday. The staff was super kind, all restaurant was amazing experience. Our room was beautiful and every day super cleaned. (Thank you Yousef 😀) The beach area with a nice coral place, every day we could snorkelling there. VIP package is the best choice. Everything was absolutly positive for us. Big respect for all people who work there. You did it. Nice hospitality!

100% Satisfied- May 2023 .....Probably the Best 5*Hotel in Gurdaka, Egypt Beautiful Garden, Trendy indoor-outdoor, well maintained furnitures, Clean Pool , Clean Sea and Sandy Beach, Bottled Coca Cola beverages, Delicious Food, Polite staff at reception , hard-working bar and restaurant staff... If You don't like this place go and see your doctor :-) We Will return again for a longer Holiday this year.
