Staff are wonderful and very well trained. they could not have been more helpful. we had several long stays and have zero complaint. Rooms were always cleaned with respect for our possessions and amenities were always there and replenished as needed. big spacious room for a long stay.

Everything was perfect. I lost a pair of glasses and the personnel found it and sent it back to Sydney organizing the shipping and everything. Modern clean rooms, finely furnished with mono dosed washing powder to do your laundry without having to buy the whole thing which you would eventually leave behind. This is caring for the environment. I think I could live there so beautiful it was… oh… rooftop swimming pool with sunset view over melbourne skyline? … incredible
