It was very comfortable and just beside the tram station. There were many cafes nearby. Also, when we checked out we left our Go Pro at the hotel, and we didn’t realise it until when we came to collect our luggage - the front desk manager at the reception handed it over to us. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved our stay at Caroline Apartments! We had a family/friends group of 6, and the rooms were so spacious for us to enjoy our stay comfortably! The location is perfect, walking distance to the Richmond restaurants & bars along Swan street. It was an easy tram into the CBD also. Centrally located, super easy to get everywhere. The staff were lovely, and even made friendship bracelets for us (we were in Melbourne for the Taylor Swift concerts). It was a small but very considerate and welcoming touch! The café downstairs is also amazing!

Hosts were awesome and very quick to respond to any questions I had. The place was nice, quiet, very clean and the beds were cozy after a big night at a concert :) located right next to the mall too if you were needing easy access to the supermarket or movies etc
