One of the best hotels that i ever been into, a room upgrade was given without any charge, the room was big with great design and the beds very confortable, the people working on the hotel were amazing helping us and giving everything that we neeed i wanna thank Arinia Icawsar that took care of the room everyday and made a surprise on the bed with roses and towels which was amazing. The half board was also very good because the breakfast was great and we could spend credit on the hotel restaurants

I have nothing but good words for the Taj Exotica hotel. It was beyond our expectations, we really loved this hotel for our first trip in Dubai. The hotel is absolutely breathtaking, the pictures here don't even pay it justice.. The staff is incredible, we had never experienced this level of hospitality before. I even slightly injured my knee right after checking out but the whole team was so thoughtful and attentive. Thank you for everything, we will most definitely come back! It was perfect.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed, and the cozy ambiance made me feel right at home.
I’d especially like to recognize the restaurant staff, particularly Prince and the chef, for their exceptional service. I have a lengthy list of food allergies, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. The chef took my list seriously and ensured that every meal was prepared with care. Prince checked in with me daily to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my meals, showing genuine interest and kindness.
Overall, the personalized service and attention to detail made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming environment with top-notch service.
