The room is lovely.. clean with great housekeeping team. The doorbell guys are super helpful and welcoming. The facilities are great, especially the spa. The reception team are lovely. My booking at the Vida Creek Harbour was solely for the reason that my family was staying in the residential apartments across the road. This convenient booking turned out to be a pleasant surprise. What initially stood out to me were all the accessories around the room, the notebook cover: “let me not overthink this”, the blow drier bag: “blow me away” - brilliant! What I liked about the hotel was how they understood their guests. For example, I was on holiday and had no intention for early starts, after two days of house keeping knocking on my door early and me requesting them while half asleep to come back later, they understood and it didn’t happen again for the rest of my stay. I did not spend enough time in the hotel to comment on their amenities, however we did sit out on the terrace by the pool to watch the Euro 2024 Finals and I was impressed by their multiple screen set up. The service that night was very accommodative. Overall, I was most impressed by the pricing and value for money! It was obviously off-peak season, but still this was way more reasonable then what I was expecting my stay to sum up to.
