Hotel Emerald Waters Classy provides chic and modern rooms with free WiFi in Hanoi. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, the hotel has its own restaurant, tour desk and spa for guests to relax. The rooms were great! The staff was so lovely and friendly. The were super nice when helping us with the checkin and answered all our questions when we had any. The room was large and had very comfortable beds. The bathroom was great. The shower was nice and hot.

The room is nice, quite big compare to other hotels around. The breakfast has not too many kind of food however it is enough and good. They have live station for eggs and a fresh baked bread. Above all the staffs here make the hotel another level! They speak very good english, super helpful, always go extra miles for the service. I am very impressed with the staffs. The hotels in general really need this kind of people in their business! It is a game changer!!!

Located in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, Hanoi Pearl Hotel is conveniently a minute’s walk to the renowned Hoan Kiem Lake. We really enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Pearl Hotel. I usually find things that do not meet the description, but I truly liked this accomodation and wanted to share with everybody. A big plus is the location, right in the center, the Old Quarter, 3 minutes to reach the lake and close to the main attractions. For us, this was perfect, especially since it was our first time in Hanoi. Another plus is the friendly staff and a special mention goes to Dominic, who truly made our stay memorable. He took his time and shared wonderful stories about Vietnam, guided us through our entire stay and gave us great local recommendations. I felt that he really cared about making our trip special. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a nice place to relax after a day of exploring. The room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!
