The host, Teresa, always so friendly, she knows the right way to welcome each guest; the place itself, perfect for a weekend escape in the island; the ocean view; the breakfast with fresh items and, always, the cat "Napoleão":)

Super location, high on a cliff overlooking the town and ocean. An easy walk through the town and to the waterfront. The meals were excellent. For breakfast you can have the buffet or order cooked items from a menu, or both. The dinner menu is outstanding with a wide range of options for fish, meat, and vegetarian, and everything we had was delicious. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Our room had a small balcony with a view overlooking the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and the firm pillows we requested were perfect.

Recently awarded as Europe's Leading Design Hotel, the luxurious Vine Hotel is located in Funchal and offers a fusion restaurant with stunning views, a Wine Therapy Spa, and a rooftop infinity pool. Probably the comfiest hotel bed we've ever slept in - the quality of the sheets, matress and pillows was incredible. we got a free upgrade to a suite, the room was enormous and beautiful, with a freestanding bathtub. Breakfast was delicious, the hotel design was very fun. Beautiful rooftop pool and bar. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Would love to go back!

Everything was perfect in this place! We loved our stay at Golden Residences Hotel. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and the facilities were also top notch! We enjoyed the breakfast spread and the kids had a great time at the indoor heated pool.

Set within tropical gardens on Madeira Island, this charming guesthouse features far-reaching sea views and 2 outdoor seawater pools and access to the sea. Fantastic location, ideally kitted out.
