Set in the heart of Orvieto in a historic building, La Magnolia is just 100 metres from the cathedral. It offers free bike rental and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. A lovely room, tastefully decorated, in the heart of Orvieto, just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo in a historic building. The room was comfortable, with an excellent bed, and the host was available, meeting us upon arrival and assisting with finding parking. In the morning, we had breakfast at the nearby family café. Since the guesthouse is located in the heart of the historic city, parking can be challenging. We visited in winter, and in the evening, there was plenty of parking in the nearby public parking lot, which is free at night. Note that in paid parking lots with a machine, only coins can be used.

Surrounded by countryside at the borders of Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio, Altarocca Wine Resort Adults Only has several buildings, rooms and welness suites. Free parking and free WiFi are available. Everything is perfect here, especially the staff and service in ther restaurant. Food is creative and delicious.

The hotel was peaceful and quiet, the breakfast was a great selection and the location of the hotel is prime since it's just adjacent to the Duomo.

Hotel Il Palazzo is set in the left wing of Palazzo Bartocci Fontana, a 16th-Century building halfway between Assisi's Basilica of Saint Francis and Piazza del Comune square. Most friendly and helpful staff! Generally very nice atmosphere of the place. Location could not be better (if your aim is Basilica San Francesco).
