The hotel made every effort to meet our needs and requests. The reception staff are very helpful and warm. We ordered a standard double but the room was very spacious. It was very quiet and we rested well. The breakfast was good. The breakfast room atmosphere was pleasant and elegant. The breakfast wait staff was very efficient and helpful. The price is very reasonable for a five star hotel.

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. They did try to accommodate my dietary restrictions. The rest of the food options are all homemade. There is a great view to the lake with a balcony and it's in the centre of the resort.
