We liked very much this accommodation. The rooms are very nice decoratad, clean and have everything you need. The access to this location was easy and the hosts, Eliza and Marco, very friendly.

The location is ideal - less than a 5 minute walk from La Spezia train station, which was perfect for our trip to Cinque Terre and also for getting to Pisa airport. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast snacks were very much appreciated! Riccardo made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived - he shared great advice and tips with us for places to eat and things to do. Overall, great value for money.
