This lakefront hotel is a 2-minute walk from the pier in Varenna. The historic 19th-century building features a terrace with panoramic views of Lake Como. It was wonderful. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is opposite ferry pier which makes it very easy to move around Lake Como. The room was big, clean and nice. The hotel staff was super friendly, really lovely, smiling people always willing to help and answer any questions.

The location is close to the station and just a few steps away from the lake. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff was friendly, kind. The breakfast was delicious and we had dinner at their restaurant and it was amazing

Breakfast was very good and the staff was friend Excellent room with patio and the view was spectacular

Although the road up the mountain is winding, the view from the top is totally worth it, just like from the room. Even though the bathroom was not in the room but in the hallway, it was not inconvenient and was entirely private and tidy. The breakfast was average but good. The host was extremely kind and helpful. I can only recommend the place its perfect value for money.

And they were so approachable and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and a treat. it was quit yet close to downtown. great views.

Balbianino asub Lenno ajaloolises keskuses, Como järve kaldast 2-minutilise jalutuskäigu ja parvlaevaterminalist 500 meetri kaugusel. Majutusruumides on WiFi-ühendus ja lameekraaniga televiisor. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was also nice, with a short distance to a grocery store, bus stop and ferry port. The host was very helpful, and there was good communication throughout. I can definitely staying here again if I go back to Lake Como.
