The staff was so helpful, attentive and approachable. Been coming back to Harris for so many times and still not disappointing. Everything was tiptop. The breakfast spread is improving and delicious.

Very friendly staff, always in touch even before check-in, told how to get to the hotel from Singapore, organized a transfer from Batam center. Service at the highest level, location, cuisine, spa, everything was very pleasant. They helped with everything, the rooms are clean, the view of the sea from the house is awesome. Decided that we will come again.

Location is the best! Lots of Massage & eateries nearby hotel. Famous K2 Food Court is just 3 mins walk and Grand Batam Mall is 8 mins walk. Service is also good. We were given a double bed room on 1st floor, we then requested for a higher floor, they gave us a twin bed on a higher floor and later housekeeping join the bed for us. We asked for more pillows at night and they provided at once. Value for money.

A 3-minute stroll to Batam City Square (BCS) Mall and A2 Food Court, the strategically located Aston Inn Gideon Batam operates a 24-hour front desk and provides free WiFi throughout the hotel. The location was fantastic. Everything is almost within walking distance. Bed was super comfortable. Air cond cold enough. My family agreed that if we would visit Batam again we would definitely stay here again.

My family loves the morning breakfast lot's of food to choose.and my kids love the swimming pool room was good and very clean many activities to do we when for doughnut riders it was very exciting 😀 we will definitely will come back again thank you so much for the good service we love it.
